Using this website
Our hosting service receives the technical information needed to deliver a page, such as your IP address, browser information, request time and requested URL. Technical logs support delivery, troubleshooting and security.
The website does not set analytics or advertising cookies, load tracking pixels or use third-party fonts. Its images, icons, scripts and styles are served with the website.
Messages and support
When you email us, we receive your email address, message and attachments. We use them to respond and help with your request. Our email provider processes correspondence on our behalf.
The support form prepares a message in your own email app. It does not send your answers to a website server. We receive the message only when you send it. Copy buttons access your clipboard only when you choose to use them.
The web sketchpad
The lettering demo keeps drawing strokes in the memory of your current browser tab. Drawings are not uploaded or saved in browser storage. Reloading or closing the page clears them. Saving a drawing creates a PNG file on your device.
Why we use information
We use information to deliver the website, respond to requests and protect our services. Depending on the purpose, processing is based on providing a requested service, our legitimate interests in support and security, a legal obligation, or consent where required. Consent can be withdrawn.
