Common questions.

What should I include in a support email?

Tell us the app name, your device model, software version and the steps that led to the problem. Screenshots can help, but remove any private information you do not need to share. Never send your password or full card details.

Who can see my location in Loveloop?

Only the partner you are linked with, and only while you have location sharing switched on. You can stop sharing at any time in the app, and you can withdraw the operating-system location permission entirely in your device’s Settings. See the privacy policy.

What happens to our shared memories if we unlink?

Unlinking ends the shared loop and stops new content being shared between you. Content already saved to a device or exported elsewhere stays where it is. If you want your account and its personal data removed, use the deletion steps on our data and account deletion page.

A nudge did not arrive. What should I check?

Nudges rely on notifications, so check that notifications are allowed for Loveloop in your device’s Settings, that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not filtering them, and that the device has a working connection. If it still does not arrive, email us with the time you sent it.

How do I cancel an Apple-billed subscription?

On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Choose the subscription and select Cancel Subscription. If Apple shows an expiry date and no cancellation option, it may already be cancelled. See Apple’s cancellation instructions for current details.

Does deleting the app cancel my subscription?

No. Deleting an app or account is separate from cancelling billing. Manage any Apple-billed subscription through your Apple Account. See our subscription and refund page.

Where can I request a refund?

For a purchase billed by Apple, submit your request through Apple’s Report a Problem service. Apple determines eligibility under its policies and applicable consumer law. You do not have to contact us first.
