Unlink your partner
Open Loveloop’s settings and choose the option to unlink. This ends the shared loop, stops location sharing and stops new content being shared between the two of you.
Content your partner has already seen, saved to their device or exported elsewhere stays where it is. Unlinking does not delete your account.
Delete your account
Open Loveloop’s settings, choose the account-deletion option and follow the confirmation steps. This removes your account and associated personal data, except information we are legally required to keep.
Files you have exported are separate. Delete those files from the device or service where you saved them.
Turn off location sharing
Location sharing can be switched off inside Loveloop at any time. To remove the permission altogether, open Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Loveloop on your iPhone and choose Never.
Cancel a subscription
Deleting Loveloop, unlinking your partner or deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. On your iPhone, open Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Loveloop > Cancel Subscription.
