These terms apply to Loveloop and related services provided by YK Apps Yazılım Bilgi İşlem Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("YK Apps", "we" or "us"). By using Loveloop, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights and the terms of the App Store remain unaffected.

Loveloop provides a shared space for two linked partners to keep memories, share a location, send a nudge, build playlists, answer quizzes and exchange notes. Available features and compatibility are described in the app.
Who can use Loveloop
Loveloop is intended for adults and for use between two people who both agree to be linked. You need an account and a pairing with your partner to use the shared features. Do not create a link using someone else’s account, and do not pair with a person who has not agreed to it.
App licensing
The licence presented with Loveloop governs your use of the software. Unless a custom licence is supplied in its App Store listing, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies. These service terms supplement that licence.
Your content
You keep the rights you hold in the photos, notes, playlists and other content you add. Using Loveloop does not transfer ownership of your content to YK Apps. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use any material you bring into the app, including the consent of anyone else who appears in it.
You allow us to process your content only as needed to provide the features you choose, including making shared items available to your linked partner, as described in the privacy policy. Music services, third-party media and other materials remain subject to their own licences.
Sharing, location and consent
Location sharing is optional and must be switched on by you. Share your own location only, keep it on only while you want to, and switch it off in the app or withdraw the permission in your device’s Settings whenever you choose.
Do not use Loveloop to monitor, pressure, track or coerce another person, to share someone’s location or private content without their agreement, or to send nudges or messages that harass them. Features intended to keep a relationship playful must not be used to control someone. We may suspend access where the service is being used in this way.
If you feel unsafe, you can unlink a partner and stop sharing at any time. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services; Loveloop is not an emergency or safety service and must not be relied on as one.
Our software and identity
YK Apps retains its rights in its software, website design, original materials and branding. You may not use our name or logo in a way that falsely suggests affiliation or endorsement.
Responsible use
Do not use Loveloop to infringe another person’s rights, distribute harmful or unlawful content, bypass access controls or interfere with the security of a service. Restrictions do not apply where the law gives you a right that cannot be excluded by contract.
Purchases and subscriptions
Prices, subscription periods and included features are shown before purchase. Apple handles App Store billing. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled under the terms shown when you subscribe.
Manage subscriptions in your Apple Account. Deleting the app, unlinking a partner or deleting an account does not cancel a subscription. For a free or discounted trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid renewal. Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases are handled by Apple, subject to applicable rights. Availability and changes
Features and compatibility may change as Loveloop is updated. Location updates and nudges depend on your device, its settings and a working connection, and may be delayed or undelivered. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Where a change affects paid access, applicable notice requirements, consumer rights and remedies continue to apply. Keep copies of anything you would not want to lose.
External services
Other services linked from Loveloop or chosen when you share content operate under their own terms. Apple is not the provider of the YK Apps website.
Responsibility and your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts mandatory rights relating to digital content, purchases, refunds or access to courts. Any limitation is subject to the law that applies to you.
